Brothers,
During
the past few weeks some new developments have emerged regarding the
fraternity house at 408 S Michigan. The deal that Nationals had
accepted has now fallen through and the house is back on the market.
Nationals wanted any investment/buyer groups to be aware that:
1. A deal must be in place by May 31 2010.
2. Nationals is wanting the offer to come in at the $150,000 mark.
3.
Leases have been signed for the 2010-2011 school year with members of
another fraternity on campus and those leases must be honored.
Most questions regarding legitimate offers and purchasing groups are going to best be handled by Nationals.
